REV Kitchen & Bar – Branding, Package Design, Apparel, Web, Marketing
REV Kitchen & Bar approached me with the need for a complete rebrand, encompassing everything from their logo, menus, and website to interior design, apparel, and marketing collateral. The challenge was twofold: introduce a refreshed look and feel that would appeal to new customers while maintaining the loyalty of their existing customer base. We wanted to create an environment where regulars still felt at home, while also giving the space a modern, updated vibe. One of the biggest hurdles was executing the entire rebrand in a single weekend, which included installing new outdoor signage, painting indoor murals, applying window graphics, and rolling out redesigned menus—all without disrupting the restaurant's operations.
As the project lead, I oversaw every aspect of the rebrand, from initial logo design and website development to menu creation and copywriting. I managed a multidisciplinary team of illustrators, developers, and copywriters, ensuring that every component of the project aligned with the new brand vision. The process involved extensive research, sketching, and mood boards to ensure we struck the right balance between innovation and familiarity, crafting a cohesive identity that resonated with both new and loyal patrons.
The rebrand’s success was a testament to the collaborative effort between a dedicated team and a business owner willing to embrace data-driven decisions. The result was a wildly popular relaunch that not only revitalized the restaurant’s image but also led to the opening of additional locations, cementing REV Kitchen & Bar as a growing and beloved local brand.
